All meals are catered by The Roaming Kitchen, offering a standard or deluxe breakfast, brunch (upon request) and dinners on Friday and Saturday nights. All meals can be adapted to accommodate dietary needs. Mid-week meals may be arranged with the Manager.
Whilst dinners are optional, it is highly recommended to book dinners at Mildenhall, as dining facilities are limited in Bundanoon. Afternoon tea, grazing plates and cheeseboards can be catered for from $10pp. Alcohol may be brought onto the premises, but we are not licenced to sell alcohol.
A standard breakfast offers a hot meal, cereal, extra toast, butter/jam, coffee/tea. If guests would like more options, this will be at an extra cost.
Breakfast is usually served between 7.00am and 9.00am, however if this needs to change please speak with the Manager.
Brunch is available from 10.00am and offers a range of hot and cold food, breads, pastries, fruit, coffee/tea.

Friday night dinners are a lighter option and may be chosen from menus offered or you may wish to let The Roaming Kitchen surprise you with other options such as pizzas (in warmer weather only), burgers, pastas, tapas, loaded salads, grazing and share plates.
Saturday night is usually a little more formal, where a three-course gourmet dinner is served. Below are some of the menus offered by The Roaming Kitchen.
Two or three courses may be chosen for any dinners. Seasonal local produce is used wherever possible. Guests can choose one of these menus or mix and match. Menus may vary depending on dietary requirements.
